REQUIRED BY PRODUCTION for Accommodation - 2 bedrooms (2 beds in each room) Travel information - Local map, restaurants open late - Load-in area of venue Venue - Technical contact - Stage drawings with dimensions - In-house lighting equipment available - In-house sound equipment available - Type of Grand piano available, tuning date - Iron & ironing board - 2 - 15 amp a/c circuits on stage for Bass Amp and music lights. - 2 Music stands with lights - 1 black, straight-backed, armless chair - 1 black stool - 1 small round cabaret table - Water pitcher and 2 glasses - If no stage exists, a stage made of risers shall be constructed to the following minimum dimensions: 18" high by 32' wide by 16' deep. - Due to the time consuming nature of the technical set up, coffee, juice, water and a snack tray (i.e. cheese, vegetables, bread and crackers) would be greatly appreciated by the Artists and crew. Technical Time Line Staging and lighting hang/focus approx 3 hours Sound check 1.5 hours *set-up time depends on whether a lighting pre-hang can be arranged, number of crew and the amount of lighting instruments available ~Top~
